All photos available on ScapeStock are provided under the ScapeStock Standard License.

The photos may be used for both personal and commercial projects within the limits described below.

You are free to:

Use the photos for personal projects
Use the photos for commercial projects
Use the photos on websites, blogs, and social media
Use the photos for advertising, marketing, and promotional materials

Attribution

Attribution is not required when using photos from ScapeStock. However, providing credit is appreciated.

Commercial and Editorial Use

ScapeStock images are categorized as either Commercial or Editorial. Each image is labeled accordingly on the website.

Commercial Use

Images marked as Commercial can be used for both personal and commercial purposes, including:

Advertising and marketing materials
Websites, blogs, and social media
Product design and branding
Video and content creation

These images are intended to be safe for commercial use. However, ScapeStock does not guarantee that all necessary rights are cleared, and users are responsible for ensuring proper use and obtaining any required permissions.

Editorial Use

Images marked as Editorial are for non-commercial use only. These images may include locations, buildings, or cultural properties where commercial use may be restricted.

Editorial images can be used for:

The following uses are NOT allowed:

Advertising or promotional use
Commercial branding or marketing
Product packaging or resale

Editorial images may not be used for any commercial, promotional, or branding purposes. If the image is used to promote, sell, or advertise a product, service, or brand, it is considered commercial use and is not allowed.

By using editorial images, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Third-Party Rights
