• Downloading or using the Materials does not transfer copyright ownership.
• The Materials may only be used within the scope permitted by the ScapeStock License.

■ Prohibited Actions

• Redistributing or re-uploading the Materials on other stock photo websites, asset libraries, or digital repositories.
• Selling, licensing, or distributing the Materials as standalone images or as part of stock collections.
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the Materials.
• Using the Materials in illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent, or pornographic content.
• Using the Materials in a way that may mislead people into believing that the creator or ScapeStock endorses a product, service, or political opinion.
• Providing, selling, licensing, or registering the Materials for AI training datasets, machine learning models, or image generation systems.

■ Rights of Third Parties

Some Materials may contain buildings, signs, trademarks, copyrighted works, artworks, designs, private property, or identifiable persons.

Users are responsible for confirming and obtaining any necessary permissions related to portrait rights, property rights, trademark rights, or other rights before using the Materials.

In other words:

If buildings, signs, trademarks, copyrighted works, or identifiable individuals appear in the Materials, it is the user's responsibility to confirm and handle any relevant rights such as portrait rights, copyright, and trademark rights before use.

• ScapeStock and the creator make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, legality, or suitability of the Materials.
• ScapeStock and the creator shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, legal disputes, or claims resulting from the use of the Materials.

■ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
